Just an error message. Complete garbage. Months later and it still doesn’t work. The whole app team needs to be fired. Worst app experience I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot. The app is a very bad user experience, customer service is terrible, and they make constant mistakes. Like, I activated my card, only to find it wasn’t active, had to go through like 7 calls and 18 AI agents to get to a person. I couldn’t even log into my account for some reason, after calling and finally getting a person they were no help at all. Send help, get me out of here. It hasn’t worked in over two years. Garbage 0/5 stars ### 2/5 — Actual Downgrade *2026-07-15, version 26.01.01* I love the interface of the “upgraded” app, but its functionality is poor. My reimbursement account is labeled as a savings account in the app, but it’s a checking account (which is labeled correctly on the website). I’ve submitted claims with documentation and then the documentation somehow magically disappears, which delays getting the claim processed and therefore significantly delays reimbursement. ### 1/5 — App Broke After Last Update *2026-07-14, version 26.01.01* With the last major 7/1/26 update, I’m no longer able to submit claims using iOS, Android or Linux. Hasn’t worked for many months. *2026-08-25, version 26.01.05* Customer support said there is no app support and there is no IT department. How inspiring. After entering SMS code which flashes the keypad with every digit, after putting in credentials, message received is “We couldn’t complete your request Something went wrong. Please try again.” Can log in on iPhone with same iOS version or browser anywhere. App version is 26.01.05. ### 1/5 — Upload no load *2026-08-25, version 26.01.05* 80% of the time the documents don’t load. When they ask for additional information there is no place to add it the claim. You then have to call to email the document. Won’t let me log in, even though the same login info works in their website. Not that it matters much because they keep rejecting my charges, forcing me to upload more receipts, rejecting again, more uploads. I have been a user and fan of FSAs for decades. Brilliant idea. Recommend them to everyone. Why give away free money? But during our open enrollment next month I am going to pass.
