If I was the owner of the salon, I would’ve gotten rid of it long time ago. There’s so many things that make it not user-friendly and I feel like they’re just taking peoples money at this point and not putting any effort into making a great product. Use Vagaro or salon seat or booksi ### 2/5 — Reports *2025-07-15, version 1.16* As a technician I want to see a full report of what each client was charged and if they they left a tip and how much. I need to double check to make sure the desk didn’t make errors checking out the client. ### 2/5 — Useful but can be buggy *2025-02-04, version 1.12* App won’t show you your schedule if it’s open too long. Will just show a blank schedule and when you try to log out to restart it won’t let you log out. Says “no token”You have to restart your phone. Now it says a new version is available but when you click ok it sends you to the App Store but only says “Open”. Nothing updates. ### 3/5 — Apple Watch *2024-08-24, version 1.11* When will Apple Watch compatibility be available ?? I don’t have much time to take my phone out and check appointments would be so much easier on my Apple Watch !! ### 1/5 — It doesn’t work when you first open *2024-07-20, version 1.9* This is one of the worst software apps I’ve ever worked on. You can’t book out time or break, only create an appointment. They really need someone in the industry working out the kinks. I have to delete the app and then reinstall for it to work 99% of the time. I use my Mac instead of the app when out of the spa. ### 1/5 — It doesn’t work when you first open *2024-05-09* This is one of the worst software apps I’ve ever worked on. You can’t book out time or break, only create an appointment. They really need someone in the industry working out the kinks. ### 1/5 — Could be much better *2024-05-03* Very glitchy. When you get prompted to log in everything is ok. Close the app for a few hours and try to check your schedule the schedule is blank. When you try to log out so you can log back in to check your schedule and it says “token expired” and nothing happens. So if you want to check your schedule you have to just wait. Sometimes a few minutes sometimes hours for it to log out just so you can log back in to look at your schedule ### 2/5 — Inability to change appointment times *2024-03-23, version 1.8* Serious flaw, you cannot modify appointment times or service duration for existing appointments. Yes I know you can search for a new time but the lack of ability to modify service duration makes that almost useless as well as for busy stylists where we often double book. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-12-13, version 1.8* As a salon manager, I use both the app and pc, worst most unreliable program ever. Constant glitches, company does updates without notice so can be in the middle of the business day and will stop functioning, tech support is hit or miss with very little solutions.
