Decided to check my account and noticed I can't log in with the app. I can do it through the browser though. Happens on my iPad as well, logs in through the browser but not the app. ### 2/5 — Gift card number invalid *2025-03-23, version 1.8.1* Unable to add gift card information, keeps saying it’s invalid ### 3/5 — Needs work *2025-02-07, version 1.8.1* I like the app and the features - especially being able to order and pay bill through the app. My one major complaint is that they only allow one user/account per table. Which means only one person can get points or credits even if multiple people at the table have accounts. Also, the person using their account is responsible for the entire bill if paying through the app. Kinda makes that feature useless. If servers can split the bill, why not just allow everyone to use their own account, order their own things and pay their own bills? It just makes sense to me and I’m not sure why there is such a limitation to this app… ### 2/5 — App hit and Miss *2024-10-11, version 1.7.2* please work the bugs out of the spp so it is usable and instruct uour staff on how it is to be applied in each restaurant. Very hit and miss; it seems some staff don’t wish to bother; could it be some staff are worried they might not get their full tip if a percentage is discounted? Hmmmm Maybe somehow work the full bill amt before discounted total( not total and taxes!) into the app? ### 1/5 — Got scammed *2024-08-04, version 1.7.2* Driver picked up food from Jack Astors and last minute got a message it was cancelled and there is no customer service number to resolve it. Also the offers expire which is what happened. So I downloaded the app, and spent so long giving info to make an account. At the end of the long journey the server let me know that it was no longer possible. Dont know why they would show this on the screen and get my hopes up. ONE STAR EXPERIENCE ### 1/5 — Update the map *2025-03-16, version 1.8.1* I can never order delivery through the app. My address doesn’t exist according to the app. It’s very frustrating and I live very locally probably like a 20 minute drive from Jack’s so it’s kind of ridiculous that my address can’t be found. ### 1/5 — Cannot login *2024-10-26, version 1.7.2* Cannot login and retrieve the coupon.
