Inspiring® is a wellness app designed to pair with Inspiring® ’s smart ring and provide lifestyle-related insights such as activity trends, sleep patterns, and recovery indicators. It is a tool to help users increase awareness of their daily habits and support general well-being.

Device Management
Easily connect and manage your Inspiring® smart ring through pairing and device settings.

Wellness Metrics Tracking 
Monitor daily activity such as steps, calories burned and sleep stages, as well as heart rate (HR), heart rate variability (HRV), and daily stress trends. View your data over time in daily, monthly, or yearly summaries to better understand your overall wellness.
