安定動作するようにレビジョンアップを望みたいところではあるが、本体自体が生産中止で修理に出すこともできない。
しかしながら、180VR3D、というやや特殊なフォーマットを手軽に撮影できる唯一無二と言っても良い状態で、アプリの削除になっていないこと自体が有難い。今後とも致命的なものだけでもいいのでサポートしていただけると助かります

ちなみに、問題が起こった場合、アプリをデータごと削除、再インストールすると復帰する可能性が高いです。あとはitunes 経由でのファイル転送。INPORT というフォルダを作成してそこに転送したいファイルを入れて、フォルダ丸ごとitunesのファイル共有で送ってやるといけます

闪退好严重，每次连接相机后进相册或者从拍照切换录像模式就闪退，然后就再也进不去了，app都打不开~解决一下这个问题吧太影响体验了

Leider keine Unterstützung mehr für HoloGrame 😕.  Diese tolle und einzigartige Funktion, 3D-Videos direkt aufm Smartphone-Display zu schauen, war das Allerwichtigste in der Kombination mir Insta360 EVO.

Was haben sich denn die Programmierer dabei gedacht, als sie den VR Icon „kaputt“ gemacht haben?

Ich hoffe, es kommt bald ein Update, das diesen Fehler behebt. Dann gibt es ach 5 Sterne

If only we could get a decent app to work with this camera .
Loads of insta apps available instead of one to work all , all have poor ratings .
The holoframe that insta are pushing no longer works with app .
Raised with support but usual fob offs
They are concentrating on the one R and don’t care about others.
Would buy a one R but not until the company can provide decent support .
May have to move to GoPro

July 2020: Contacted support over a week ago regarding the holoframe function not working. Following up for an update, hasn’t be operational for months.

August 2020: New update came out this past week, but they still have not fixed the holoframe function. They have, however, changed the ad on the app for 50% off the holoframe (they’re trying to clear stock even thought the function hasn’t been working for months.)

Support has been contacted a month ago, was send to R&D and then <crickets>

October 2020: still isn’t working, no response from support

素晴らしいです。
いつ、iPhone11に対応してもらえるかなぁと首を長くして待ってました、本当にありがとうございます！

願わくは、insta360 one Rぐらいの編集機能が有れば嬉しいなと、贅沢ながら思います

ONE Rは新機種で、その編集機能もウリなのは重々承知していますが、まだまだEVOやONE Xも新しい。まだまだ活躍して欲しい。

…もしEVOやONE Xのファイルを、ONE Rの編集アプリで触れたらどれだけ嬉しいだろう…！とか、欲張りとは思いつつ、ONE Rを羨んでいます。

The app does what it’s supposed to.  Convert insv files and do some basic editing.  But the 3D viewer is not working right.  The side by side option is not sized properly on iphone 11 so if you use the viewer the two images will be too far apart to be able to see.  So your only option to see the 3D photos/videos is by using an external vr headset since not even the holoviewer option works right (you need constant eye tracking and it requires a lot of light)

I’ve got an iPhone 7 Plus and unfortunately for the last week I still haven’t managed to get the camera to pair to the app at all. So far support haven’t managed to troubleshoot the issue.

Are you not aware that it is 2019 and everybody uses their very expensive iPads like laptops . When we turn them on their side its as ridiculous as turning a laptop on its side so not having landscape mode option for this app is just ridiculous. Oh , and your app hangs where it says click the bottom to exit , it doesn’t exit and you have to force it shut and re open ... Honestly, did you even try and use this app on an ipad at all ?

Here’s the deal, you take a 360 photo and want to reframe it for a landscape photo - in a similar fashion to the way you would reframe a video at 16:9. Not possible at all, you are forced into portrait and that’s it, no way of producing a landscape photo from the 360 image. Utterly useless unless I am missing something? Why no 16:9 button like the video choices? Also when you go to share a 360 photo as a video for social media the result after exporting is completely different and incorrectly framed from how the app preview shows it. Both disappointed and frustrated with this app. Perhaps the most irritating thing is you can’t even join clips together which would be very useful for creating holoframe movies because as the app is right now you can only watch 1 clip at a time. Come on guys, get this app sorted! By the way, the desktop app is not great either but an improvement over the GoPro Fusion rubbish.

オマケで付いてるゴーグル、ミニ三脚など、充実しており、動画の解像度など、カメラ自体の性能もこの価格帯では良いと思います。
ただ、アプリにデータ保存して見る時に、音が出たり出なかったりします。この不具合さえなければ星5です。基本的には使いやすいと思うので、なんとか不具合を修正して欲しいものです。ちなみに、自分はiPhone7の256GBです。

The camera is great, but this app is worthless. At one point you could use it download and manage videos from the device. 

For over a year it has been impossible to connect to the camera in any way. As soon as a connection is made it crashes. This is so common you can find hundreds of comments online and even the recent reviews here. 

I’ve spent hours clearing caches and reinstalling and everything else but this app does not work with newer iOS operating systems or phones. I’m honestly surprised this is still allowed in the App Store at all.

This is now so full of bugs that it is unusable. So very unstable. So not only do I have a camera that overheats, destroys SD cards (yes expensive brand name flavoured cards) … it now is in usable via this buggy app.

This application is far better than other VR stereo cams I’ve had.

Aparte from live preview, it allows you to edit your 360 or 180 3D cuts and adding awesome effects really easy.
