Haven’t been able to use the footage for anything yet! Idk how the reviewers missed this fatal flaw? In particular, the handling of portrait vs landscape orientation is poor. I have an iPad Pro with keyboard case and it is awkward to need to turn the iPad on its side in order to use this app. Also the handling of Bluetooth is not great. I assume there are battery life issues on the camera that make it difficult to maintain a Bluetooth connection, but the app could do a better job of dealing with the normal use case of starting a time lapse and checking on it periodically over an hour or more. ### 1/5 — Awful. *2021-01-26, version 1.4.2* Haven’t got it to work properly once. ### 1/5 — Appalling app - do not buy the insta360 Go! *2021-01-13, version 1.4.2* I bought an insta360 go after watching some YouTube video reviews and was under the impression that this would be a convenient, quick way to capture video with minimal work. How wrong I was! Here are my issues: - The app crashes constantly - It will not export any footage to my iPhones camera roll / photos album - The Bluetooth function never finds the camera - It logs me out constantly so I have to re-sign in every time I open the app - The stabilisation toggles do not work when trying to edit a video These are only the worst ones that come to mind. This is appalling for software to accompany a camera the costs £209 on the Insta360 website. If you are considering buying one, don’t!
