One year in and it’s the best one yet. Don’t let the X6 marketing spoof you. Wait another year. App is great though. ### 2/5 — Too many ads for a $600 camera *2026-08-12, version 2.31.2* This app will serve almost no function other than serving you ads after buying a $600 camera. The main purpose of the app (get media off my insta360 camera) is buried behind multiple prompts to subscribe (i paid for a $600 camera why do I have to subscribe?!), unneeded AI junk and other unrelated menus. If i ever get into an accident and need to quickly pull a video file, the app makes it tediously difficult and time consuming. The camera I bought is amazing and once I do finally get to the media review portion of the app, the picture is great and the editing and view functions are nice. That’s the only redeeming quality this app has. Now looking to see if someone else makes a similar camera with a better app ### 2/5 — You broke it! *2026-08-12, version 2.31.2* Can’t snapshot and more. This was a great app. Now every time we get a new version you take stuff away and the new stuff isn’t working well. Please test your app and then re release. I love you tech<11 ### 2/5 — iPad app needs an overhaul *2026-08-10, version 2.31.1* The current iPad Pro is more than capable of doing video editing, yet this app is clearly a poorly executed version of the iPhone app. When the iPad is in landscape mode, the app often reverts to portrait mode with no way of getting back into the full landscape, leaving a lot of wasted screen space. Also the app hides the video files from the file explorer, making it a pain to offload video files to a cloud storage provider or local NAS. The only way I’ve been able to do this is to take the SD card out of the camera and transfer the files that way. This problem started just recently and will fail to export in hdr even on older videos. Телефон iphone 17 pro + камера x3 При скачивании с камеры, при редактировании, при создании AI видео, при редактировании - постоянно и рандомно. Сама логика редактирования очень усложнилась. Я пользуюсь с давних версий и когда был х1 камера - приложение было понятнее и легче было получить результат. AI возможности приложения очень слабые. Replacing standard controls with unlabeled abstract icons hides critical export and keyframing functions behind unidentifiable shapes with zero text labels, creating immense cognitive load and ruining established muscle memory. Compounding this usability failure is highly unreliable local Wi-Fi data throughput: file transfers routinely experience connection timeouts, mid-transfer drops, and camera auto-shutdown mid-sync, forcing entire workflows to restart. Please respect standard Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) by restoring explicit labeled controls and resolving ad-hoc connection stability so users can manage their media efficiently. ### 2/5 — Trying to do much.. *2026-08-06, version 2.30.1* To the developers-slow down. Just as I get used to editing a certain way in this program a new change comes about to add confusion. Keeping things simple and less busy is the way to go. ### 1/5 — The App Has Become Almost Unusable Due to Severe Lag *2026-08-03* Recently, the app has become extremely slow. When I tap something, it often takes nearly a minute for the app to respond. I thought it might be related to my device storage, but none of my other apps are experiencing this level of slowdown. I’m using an iPhone 17 that I purchased last year, so I don’t think the issue is with my device. I have tried restarting my phone and clearing the app cache, but unfortunately, the problem has not improved. **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. It’s appalling that you keep leaving the GPS out ‼️‼️‼️ ### 1/5 — カメラとして使いたい/バージョンアップで機能ダウン *2026-08-10* 起動すると広告画面が出てきたり、余計なワンクッションが入って「今すぐ取りたい！」に対応できない。カメラ機能がおまけの映像画像SNSアプリとなっている。 純粋にFlow2proのカメラアプリとして利用したい。すぐ起動して撮影に取りかかれないのは撮影アプリではない。 以下は前回レビュー。まだ解決していない。 Flow2Proで使用してます。2.27.1のバージョンにアップしたら、今までの設定が全部リセットされた。以前から左右追尾で被写体を見失うと左右に振れ幅が１度２度４度８度16度32度と行った感じで左右にブンブン首を振る現象があったが、バージョンアップ前と比べて、追尾性能が格段に下がり、正面2mの被写体が左右にゆらゆら揺れるだけで前述の挙動にすぐなってしまい、全く使えないものになってしまった。 プロフレーミンググリッドでテンキー8の位置を設定しても、だんだん7や9になってしまいフレームアウトしてしまう、これもバージョンアップしてこうなってしまい使い物にならない。 あとプロフレーミンググリッドは以前からダメな仕様として、縦でテンキー8に合わしたあと、右ダブルクリックでスマホを横にした時、縦の位置の8のままなので、横だと4の位置となり、上ではなく左を指定してしまう。全く使えない。「現在の画面の向きでどこに合わせている」という仕様にして欲しい **Developer response:** Hi, we sincerely apologize for not providing you with a satisfactory user experience.
