That's 1 star too many! Like most Insta360 items I've purchased and suffered through using, this App shows another under-the-bar attempt to get something on the market prior to its full development. I own the Insta360 ONE and the Insta360 ONE X, and like this software, is poorly designed. The batteries for the Insta360 ONE X will not take normal skiing weather. But wait! They fixed that and released a newer "Cold Weather Battery", only after winter was over. But you were lucky to find one available, and if you did, could get 15 minutes of life from it. The screen cannot be read in outdoor conditions either. This App has yet to show mw one video I've produced from their laggy camera software. So well done there. I've added a star as this is a huge huge thing. But what you've got wrong with this is you're forcing the user to use iTunes to access footage off the cameras microsd. There needs to be a way to transfer that stuff off of the iPhone as well (if you've already saved it there). But, you're listening to us and that's a great sign. Keep the work coming! Everyone I've shown the camera to has been impressed (nano). Ok, so, I sure hope the company is these comments. Your app has potential as does the nano but if you even remotely hope to break into the American (or English speaking) market you are going to HAVE to make your app and iPhone camera app in English. Not only that you need to spend the extra money and hire someone fluent in English. American consumers are picky and any diversion from proper English is distracting and will make your company seem inferior. This is just the cold hard truth. So please, please, please update this and all of your apps for English users. To not have this already in place is pretty inexcusable. Especially for what you're charging for the cameras. Imagine the money you'll make if you just spend the money to hire a couple of linguistic professionals (English, German, Japanese, etc). Right now your product is geared towards the Chinese market and as an American consumer this affects my opinion of the company. I know I can't be alone here. I spent my hard earned money on your product only to find out I can't use half of the apps because theirs in Chinese. The app for the nano is fairly straightforward but it is extremely annoying having text flash on the screen that I can't understand. So fix this asap and you'll start seeing four and five star reviews. Not to mention more sales.
