Navigating the app feels like a maze, with essential features buried under confusing menus and critical functions; example the logout button does not respond even on 3-4 touches. Mobile screens are limited in space, and crowding them with heavy visuals hinders daily use. For iBiz users, the priority isn't replicating full web-portal functionality on a phone; it's fast, reliable access to core day-to-day business operations. Beginning with screen layout, font sizes , otp validation errors…. Etc etc .. Several essential features related to fund transfers and the passbook have either been removed, hidden, or made much harder to access. Instead of improving usability, the update has made routine banking tasks unnecessarily confusing. The UI/UX changes are disappointing. A modern design is welcome only if it enhances usability, but this update seems to have prioritized appearance over functionality. Features that were previously intuitive are now difficult to locate, resulting in a frustrating user experience. What made the experience even more disappointing was the lack of support. Even ICICI Bank employees and customer care representatives were unable to provide clear guidance. It appeared that they were either not adequately informed about the changes introduced in the update or were simply helpless in assisting customers. To make matters worse, the screenshots displayed on the App Store do not match the current app experience at all. They portray features and a design that users no longer see after installing the app. This is misleading and creates completely different expectations from what is actually delivered. It raises the obvious question: how was this version approved for release with promotional screenshots that don’t reflect the current product? Please bring back the essential functionality, update the App Store listing so it accurately represents the app, and ensure your support teams are properly trained before rolling out major updates. Manual password entry is NOT a secure way to login because users end up using simple passwords that are easy to remember. This new version of the app does not invoke password manager login prompt, which is not only extremely inconvenient, but also inherently NOT a secure way of logging in. The earlier versions allowed login by entering login ID and password using a password manager. Basic features are not even working properly. Previously added beneficiary accounts for fund transfers, whether within ICICI or to other banks, have completely stopped working. Every time I try to make a payment, the app asks me to log in again. Even after re-logging in multiple times, it keeps showing the same error and doesn’t let me proceed. Because of this, I’m unable to make critical business payments, which is directly disrupting my business operations. This is unacceptable for a banking app that’s supposed to serve businesses. Reliability should be the top priority, but this app feels like it was released without proper testing. I’ve wasted a lot of time trying to fix an issue that shouldn’t exist in the first place. ICICI needs to thoroughly test updates before pushing them to production. Right now, this app is causing frustration, delays, and financial inconvenience. Use Top and Bottom layout to make the information readable. Also while developing a new UI for mobile please develop on a screen size on which it is going to be used. You will yourself know if there is readability or not.
