InstaBud AI turns your property photos and any supporting documents into a professional report of your choice - observation report, damage assessment report, Scope of Work (SOW) report, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimate and more — automatically.

Snap photos on site, add any supporting documents if you have any (PDF, Word, Excel, or a ZIP of images), enter minimal project details like the zip code and date, and InstaBud AI analyzes everything and generates the report of your choice instantly.

Because the AI does the heavy lifting, large photo sets (200+ photos) can take 15–20 minutes — so you don't have to wait. Upload, close the app, and we'll text you a link the moment your report is ready to view, download, or share.

InstaBud Pro is an auto-renewable subscription: $92.00/month for 10 of each report type per month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Report credit packs are one-time purchases.
