Paying extra for a priority deliver used to be worth it. It’s gotten pointless lately. Still takes as long as a normal delivery. Get rid of the option or actually prioritise.

Orders are constantly being delayed by an hour or more lately. Hard to no think this is not intentional to push for paying for expedited service.

They stockpile shoppers with multiple orders so they’re shopping your order along with others. This means your order can take hours to shop. The estimated delivery time given to me when I ordered was longggg past - it kept ticking up in time with no explanation and I watched my shopper shop 5 of my 20 times in 45 minutes (not the shoppers fault, they clearly overwhelm them with orders). I ended up cancelling for a $15 fee and using DoorDash instead. Order took under an hour to arrive and got here 1.5 hours earlier than my instacart order was expected to arrive. There are just way better services out there - don’t waste your time or money. 

Oh, and their customer service is horrible. I tried calling their line for a refund on the $15 and it was a weird janky robot that was useless.
