I like separating Instacart earnings from my regular checking account. What I don’t like is that I am NOT able to Zelle nor is there a simpler way to deposit non instacart monies. I don’t like that the cost to transfer money instantly is ridiculous. Otherwise, if I need the money immediately, I turn off the instant transfer feature before I start a batch, and pay $1.50 to instacart for transferring to my personal checking account. 🤔😕🫪 ### 2/5 — I can not login!!! *2026-07-14, version 2026.7.0* I tried to login and the pop up is a new device try again after reset phone lol! ### 2/5 — There trust and safety service just ignore you *2026-07-02* My kids were playing on my phone after I finished work with Instacart. And I was blocked, I didn’t know about that for a week. While I open app and after ID authorization I saw message about deactivated. There letter all time was at spam and when I try understand what happened they just start ignored my emails. Sometimes they’ll block you be aware do not use this card. You’ve been warned. ### 1/5 — Useless piece of plastic *2026-05-14* It says I can earn cash back at Costco gas station where I get my gas, but to get cashback I need to use credit which is impossible at the Costco because they accept only Visa credit cards I tried to buy my groceries with this , but Ralph’s system doesn’t let me bypass pin entry on this card. So whole cashback thing is not working , so why do I need this card Idk ### 3/5 — It’s a paycheck card *2026-05-12* This card basically functions as a paycheck card that receives my check from Instacart. I go to an ATM to withdraw my money which does add an additional step to moving my money as needed but I can also just use the card to pay bills, gas, personal Shopping etc. The fee for transferring money is ridiculous so I just go to the atm or use the card like a debit card. This is most definitely the worst thing they could’ve done I wish my money would just go to my card like before all at once . No problems no worries. It works when it wants to, there’s so many bugs and half the time you can’t even log in or check the account because of something being wrong with the app like today for the 100th time. It’s the most inconvenient step in instacarting. I can see myself going back to direct deposit into my bank account and skip this step all together. I’ll just have to wait for weekly checks. Smh. Comparing to Covid time, none of the features of accessing your money right away and ability to use as its own ACH/Debit, this is an evolution. Also! If you are in a metro area and you have several HyVee’s around you, a reminder they’ve also labeled and sectioned every item you can think of and the Shopper app reflects it. I’ve done (2) 10+ orders in 5 min each, the gold is here everyone! After about 1 or 2 weeks of back and forth with support, I was able to log back in. With how the other apps have been treating me in this situation, this app has actually been very helpful and easy to follow (in terms of support assistance). Will update if things change or if the app worsens or gets better.
