They took almost two weeks just to arrange a pickup for my iPhone 12 Mini, even though I had already provided all the details about the phone in advance. Despite that, they kept asking for the same information again and again, which felt unprofessional and frustrating. After the long delay, they suddenly reduced the quoted price, claiming the battery health was 77%. I had clearly mentioned the condition before, but they still used it as an excuse to cut the value. When I refused the unfairly reduced price, they cancelled my order without even asking or informing me properly. Overall, the process was slow, unreliable, and lacked transparency. Areas to improve- quick customer support and easy to reach phone lines are needed . I was not aware that phone will first be picked up by third party courier service and then payment would happen. So pickup dates and other details ain’t shown in app. I had to keep it asking to customer support, which was busy always. This process clarity is expected. But overall it was smooth experience! Thats all we need . ### 5/5 — Its your sign to sell your old phone at insta cash *2025-04-21* Honestly had a lil bit bad experience at the beginning because after all diagnosis of my phone they initiated the pickup but later pacman canceled the pickup . I had to place the pickup order again by doing all the diagnosis from the start , later within 24 hours the pickup was initiated and the delivery guy came to pick up the phone (payment will be done after 2-3 hours of the pickup . Here you don’t have to worry about the scam ) they will take time to make the payment by 2-3 hours after the pickup and THEY STICK TO THE QUTOED PRICE unlike cashify or other apps where they bargain after quoting the price . Overall was a very good experience selling my phone at a good price . Im satisfied thank you insta cash . ### 1/5 — Fraud app and service *2024-08-07* This is complete fraud application and service. To stand out from competitors they will offer good amount for the mobile on app. But after evaluation they will offer around 70% less for absolutely no reason. In my case they offered me 26k after the application showed around 36k. Customer care would stop taking your call as well to explain the reason for discrepancy. Would recommend to stay away from this service to save your precious time and effort. ### 1/5 — Pathetic Customer support *2024-03-10* I had a very bad experience in terms of their app and the customer support. You download the app, give ALL the permissions in your phone to test it - they fix a prize and say order placed. They gave a call - i failed to attend; tried calling back - call is not getting connected. Tried to check the status on customer support- tried both chat and also call - call was unattended saying no support agents; chat at times will ask for the order id - then after providing no response back. At times chat also gives no support agent available. I wish you provide a better customer support where we could share or check any concerns or updates - than spacing us out wondering if it’s a spam or a genuine one. Also the lady who gave a call to verify the details, the moment i was conveying the same to her-she was getting upset with me for conveying it - unwilling to even listen what i had to say. I hope you pls provide a better communicating platform to the customers than such rude and ignorant behaviour people to assist us with and also pls improve the hopeless chat. If there are no one to assist on Saturdays and Sundays, you can provide that as an automated msg so we will understand the same.
