My main frustration with the app is the paywall setup: even though I installed my own micro SD card for local storage, the app still pushes a monthly subscription fee to use the features properly. If someone wants a partner, friend, or relative having access, it won’t let you. Or even if you want to have it on a tablet and phone the same time, it will sign you out one device once you log in to the other. Great for watching pets and some sort of security. App setup wasn't a headache at all, which I appreciated because I'm not super techsavvy. The app is the thing I was most worried about because some of these apps are just a mess, but this one is actually decent. Easy to use, loads fast, and switching between the two cameras is simple. I check it way more than I probably should lol. Having two cameras means I actually see what's going on around the house, not just one spot. The camera disconnects whenever my phone switches off of wifi so I have to close and reopen the app. Recently though I've been interested in activating cloud storage because I saw there was a sale for the whole year. I went to go subscribe, but I keep getting errors saying "Select a device to activate Cloud Storage", but there's no option to do so. And then I clicked on the "Cloud Storage" option in my device but keep getting Permission Denied for query and service. Just tried the speak option while sitting in my room because the red light was on and it sounds like heaving breathing and it didn’t match mine!! I said hello, is someone there? & a loud beeping started going off!!! Wth?! Everything but requesting dna about my pet - whyyyy? Subscribed to cloud storage, when i try to delete video I get a message telling me the deletion failed. Sometimes it works, sometimes…not. No instructions (I can find) telling me how motion detection works, how to schedule, when the camera is set to record, etc. It seems to just record everything that happens in the room when motion is detected even though it appears that motion detection has been deselected in the app. The hardware (the camera itself) seems pretty solid, but interacting with it is a snooping nightmare.
