Extremely disapointed ### 1/5 — Device with Camera *2020-09-04, version 3.1.0* Wow, a full-time ‘job’ trying to connect our INSTACHEW (with camera)! We have newer Samsung phone and iPhone 11. Checked our Wifi password, it’s correct. We have followed every step from the good people at INSTACHEW and viewed their videos (Samsung video is older version). Some steps are missing that we see on the App. A QR code appears, held phone to device camera and nothing! After the log in screen appears, either we are asked for our wifi name (auto fills) enter password, choose device, (we have the grey updated version) or screen asks to connect to PETWANT. Connection ‘sometimes’ begins...so the steps not consistent. Failed connection numerous attempts... awful! Will try calling INSTACHEW next. Hope the toll-free # works! Other than that if still no luck, the device will be returned to our local PetSmart...sadly! We thought the camera would be fun. In essence, there must be issues with the App :( ### 1/5 — Horrible experience with this app!! *2020-08-31, version 3.1.0* For heaven’s sake! When do you have plans to support the newer iOS versions?! I have an iPhone 11 and the app is garbage on my phone!!! It’s been 4 months I’m waiting on an update! Horrible horrible customer service! Will never ever buy from you guys again! To everyone considering buying any of this company’s products, STAY AWAY! They’ll take your money and then leave you on your own!! ### 1/5 — Worst update ever *2020-05-31, version 3.0.0* So now I can't use the machine since the app crashes when you open it now. Looks like other people have the same problem. They need to fix this ASAP. ### 1/5 — Update ruined the app *2020-05-29, version 3.0.0* I have an Iphone 11 and once updated to the latest version, app completely crashes when trying to connect to the older model. It was working perfectly before the update. Disappointed... ### 2/5 — Poor stability. *2020-12-28* The app is cumbersome but works when ignoring that. Updates are sparse and my Smart Pet Feeder (2nd Gen) unpredictability resets after being online for any where between a few minutes and a few days.
