Auto reads never work. Manual reads never connect to my mobile phone ### 1/5 — Terrible App/Product *2023-07-07, version 2.0* I was excited when my company switched to these knowing it would mean no longer mailing in badges and now submitting via Bluetooth. Unfortunately these badges and the app are terrible quality. The badge stops working frequently, the all is highly unreliable to send transmissions and the customer service is the worst. Does not read the badges automatically, too many tabs indicate same thing like reading history. Some tabs get updated with the most recent badge reading and some do not. App overall is klunky as Fak. Extremely poor design and not user friendly. I wish rating system had negative rating scale as this is easy -100 on a scale of -100 to 0. ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2024-08-21, version 3.4* Used this 4 years ago. Was way better.
