Just today I ordered a soup through the app. Went down to pick it up and waited…and waited. Seemed weird for soup so I went to the counter. “Oh, we don’t have soup on Sat or Sun" So I’m like "okay, now what" and they say "you can get a refund tomorrow or pick something over there that’s roughly the same price."
