InstaFunds helps you to become more financially organized and disciplined, while also increasing your financial literacy. Our goal is to not only be a simple money tracking app, but a budgeting tool and educational tool. InstaFunds Free is a simple way to keep track and organize your money. Use our app to keep track of all of your transactions and also to access the resources provided tol help you in making financial decisions. ACCOUNTS The app allows you to manually enter past, present, and even future transactions. Use InstaFunds as your personal finance manager. The ability to add future transactions also means you are able to budget by knowing how much you should have in your account at the end of a certain time period based on the current and predicted future transactions that will come from an account. Use InstaFunds as your digital checkbook with the option of identifying what you purchased or used with each transaction (i.e. check, receipt, picture of the purchased item from the store) by taking a photo and attaching it to any transaction. You can list your account as personal, business, or checking. You can also identify the type of account by labeling it as checking, savings, CDs, or numerous other options. RESOURCES Through InstaFunds, we will offer your numerous resources and opportunities to become more financially literate. Our resources include interviews, helpful articles, recommendations, and definitions and explanations about things you may see when trying to get a loan, credit card, or something similar. We want to make sure you are knowledgeable enough to make the right decision. With a focus on the unbanked, underbanked, and under-resourced, we understand that many people are getting loans with extremely high interest rates, cashing their checks at the local store for a fee, and/or so deep in debt that they become hopeless. We use our resource section as a way of putting people on the right path to financial freedom. Thanks sooo much!!! ### 3/5 — Not bad, but certainly not great.. *2013-11-30, version 2.5* I got this app because it meets my needs where I can add transactions for future dates that have not yet cleared and have a calculated total at the bottom of each transaction on each date for the future payments. So I can basically put my bills in that are due later for the amount they're due for and it will subtract the amount from my total on that specific date based on what I have now. For me, this was an essential feature as I used to have the Checkbook app and the only reason I stopped using that was because it would crash and I would lose my saved transactions/budget. Even if I turned off my phone and turned it back on or force closed the app and reopened it, or simply waited for a few days, it just wouldn't come back. So I had to find another app that had the same feature which I love about this one. The only downside is the interface is sloppy and cheap looking. Another major bug I hate is that when I add a transaction, I will press the expense button so it will recognize it as a subtraction from my budget but instead it will automatically save it as an income transaction and add the amount to my budget. So now instead of being able to rely on this app, I have to double and triple check my entries to ensure I'm not off in my budget. For me this is a huge bug that I hope to see fixed in an upcoming update. Other than that, the app just needs to run more smoothly and have a nicer looking interface so it doesn't look cheap. I like to keep it professional and this app downgrades the look. So overall grade is a 3 star. Since I am the only reviewer, I hope to see changes coming soon, because I would love to give this app a higher rating :) ### 5/5 — Nice *2013-09-28, version 2.5* It's great because of its simplicity.
