This app is aimed at anyone who is studying human anatomy. It is ideal for medical or nursing students, biological studies students and physiotherapists or doctors looking to refresh their knowledge. 

It contains lectures covering the following subjects:

• Topics in Focus 

The material is presented with over 2000 diagrams and over 26 hours of audio.
Background audio is now supported so you can listen to the audio component of the lectures with your device in standby mode.


The flash cards are split into the following parts of the body: 

• Head and Neck - 204 diagrams 
• Thorax - 67 diagrams 
• Abdomen - 104 diagrams

The material is presented by Dr Robert Whitaker who spent his clinical career as a paediatric urological surgeon. Having retired from surgery, Dr Whitaker now teaches clinically applied topographical anatomy to first-year medical students at the University of Cambridge, in the UK. He also teaches clinically applied anatomy to surgical, radiological and other speciality trainees and is a former examiner for the MRCS at the English and Edinburgh Colleges of Surgeons. Dr Whitaker is also the co-author of the top selling book Instant Anatomy.

Thank you for so great app. It is very helpful for my surg primary exam. May I suggest one little improvement? Is it possible to include like a "tracker of progress" or smth. There are many useful lectures but the problem is - it's impossible to put it on pause, maybe within 10-15min it's ok, but if to open this app next day it's back to the beginning. Another thing, during my study I don't usually listen all lectures one by one in the order, what about tracking which lecture I finished and how much left? It would really help. Much appreciated. Thank you!

I love the short podcasts and Flashcards. The questions are well designed too but I would prefer a search bar for Flashcards and as with all my favourite apps more content:)
