This app is trash. Can’t access your money when you get paid at midnight (the system just starts glitching as if you don’t have an account) You’re limited to 1,000 per 24 hrs to transfer your funds out of the app. When they have a schedule maintenance they block you from using the fast transfer to only using the standard. They charge 3.50 fee every time you transfer the funds. So it’s best to transfer in bulk BUT you have a 1,000 transfer limit (as I stated prior). They only give you 12 hrs to accept the daily offer then it disappears(but if you call them they’ll opened the offer back up IF it’s within the same day). The customer service sucks and the reps barely speak English. This app has tooooooooooo much control over your funds. I hate this app so bad. It kept saying that my login was incorrect or password was incorrect and even though I use biometrics and actually logged in earlier in the day with no problem but as soon as my pay went through nothing worked I could not get to my paycheck, notice I have not even mentioned the INSTANT PAY portion. Yeah, forget about it. It’s not real. So it is a feature that you actually NEED for whatever reason, it is not real. And now this week I didn’t receive my offer for all the days that I worked and when I tried to contact support I kept getting the same agent who took too long to answer questions and messages, didn’t really care about my issue, kept asking the same questions, and then kept ending the chat abruptly in the middle of me typing and tried to tell me that because they can see in their system that I was supposedly sent the offer that I received the offer when I didn’t and I know for a fact because I have the notifications turned on for whenever my offer is first made available and that notification was never received not one of the days that I worked this week. And she ended the chat on me twice after I sent her a screenshot proof that I in fact never received a offer because I checked it all day and no offer was at the top of the page like usual and if you check transfer history it’ll show the dates, amount, and when you transferred money. Overall this app is HORRIBLE and deserves a 0/5..0/10‼️‼️‼️‼️ ### 1/5 — No fraud protection *2026-06-17, version 2.1.0* I noticed today that a $45 and separate $3 charge was charged to my instant account for Uber Eats. I’ve never bought from Uber Eats in my life btw so I knew that someone had stolen from me. I tried to bring this to the instant chat box but all it did was refer me to 3 separate articles that had nothing to do with disputing fraudulent charges. So I called the instant office and it took about 30 minutes to even get a hold of someone. I told her my name, my occupation, and the last 4 digits of my card number and she told me that the $45 dollar charge can’t be disputed because it was pending, so I basically had to wait for the thief to for sure steal my money in order to get my money back. And since the $3 charge was posted I would have to fill out a form and wait 90 days to get my $3 back. I hung up on her and decided to not waste my time. I have tried reaching out to you by email, and phone.( myself and with my payroll), I have heard nothing. ### 5/5 — Best payment app I’ve ever used *2023-02-06, version 1.6.10* I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best payment app I have used in my entire life. First of all, the customer service line is listed clearly when you look up Instant on Google. It’s very quick and easy to get through to an agent and they are available 24/7 which is honestly unbelievable to me. I’ve had credit cards that I’ve spent thousands of dollars with and I couldn’t get somebody on the phone half as easy as with Instant. The customer service representatives have always been friendly and helpful, and even when I call in with an issue that I’m sure can’t be resolved, they surprise me by fixing it every time so far. When I got this app I really didn’t expect much, but I’ve been blown away by the ease-of-use and consistency. I always get the payment offer the day after I worked, and even one day when I missed the offer because my job was being super draconian and refused to let me take my break, I called into the customer service line and within 5 minutes got paid. I really can’t recommend it enough, I just wish all apps and websites were this seem less to use. Great job guys!! I was just using a pay card issued by Watkins corp and it was a complete joke. Each and every payday there were issues. The issues would take 3 to 4 days to resolve. It’s awesome especially for a young teenager even though I do have my own bank account. An account that I leave money in to stack up is very useful.
