After filling out my info it was glitching after I uploaded my id. I finally got my document notarized yesterday and gave the app a 5 star review in spite of my experience but now I’m seeing that they took my money and haven’t sent me my document. I tried talking to chat but they aren’t live anymore. They sent me a email hours later confirming my email but nothing yet. This was an urgent matter and that’s why I used them. My anxiety is so high. I just want to get this resolved. Writing a bad review so that hopefully management sees this and fixes it. There’s no one to call! ### 1/5 — Scam!!!!
