Tentei encontrar uma forma de contatar o desenvolvedor ou suporte do aplicativo para resolver o problema mas não consegui localizar nenhum canal de atendimento eficiente até o momento continuo sem acesso aos serviços contratado e sem retorno sobre a cobrança duplicada. Solicita a liberação imediata do meu acesso ou o cancelamento da assinatura com o reembolso integral dos valores cobrados indevidamente incluindo a cobrança duplicada também peço que o aplicativo disponibilize um canal claro e funcional de atendimento ao consumidor.
