There is NO technical support. I have submitted at least 7 tickets with no response. There is not a phone number to call. Aujourd’hui le sms fait partis de notre quotidien à tous. Quoi de mieux que de pouvoir échanger par SMS avec son client ? À l'heure de l’instantané : l’application est faite pour les professionnels ! Elle vous aidera pour un service client au petit soin. En tant que commerçante j’utilise Instaply tous les jours depuis un an pour discuter avec mes clients et je ne pourrais pas m’en passer. C'est un service très apprécié de mes clients. En plus l’application est intuitive et très facile d’utilisation. Si besoin les équipes d’instaply sont à l’écoute et très sympathiques. Pour couronner le tout l’application continue d’évoluer et ne se repose pas sur ses acquis alors qu’on est déjà super !
