It logs me out automatically every time I exit the app, I can’t seem to get notifications even though I have every possible notification set up, and it’s a stressful system overall. Why would you want your subs to be on their phones all day, anxious about getting a job? Makes no sense.

I don’t understand how this app has over 4 stars. It signs you out every 5 minutes forcing you to log in everytime a job pops up. Oftentimes the login just sits and spins and when it finally lets you in the job is long gone.

That’s it, plain and simple. 
Three times in the last two days it has failed to have any job after saying it has just posted a job.  
I’ve confirmed with the persons who send the requests and they are having trouble with the app also.

We signed a contract with InstaSubs to provide a more streamlined and automated process to schedule our substitute teachers. The app was completely non-functional at the most foundational level. Substitutes cannot click into open jobs to see addresses, the time clock system was inconsistent and often didn’t show accurate times clocking in and out, reports are unable to be customized for payroll and billing purposes, and the app would time out for minutes at a time for our entire team. You would have to restart several times to get the app to even open. 

Not only does the product not work, but the customer service is abysmal. After paying an implementation fee and a monthly fee before, realizing the app didn’t work, we had to switch to a different system. They refused to refund any of our money even though we worked with them for months, giving them feedback on how to improve the system and giving them time to make it functional. They did not meet the terms and conditions of the agreement we signed, but still chose to hold us accountable to payment when they weren’t holding themselves accountable to providing a functional product. The worst customer service I have ever seen. 

Please please please learn from my mistake and do not waste your money or time on this. There’s a reason it’s the least expensive option on the market. our business is now out hours upon hours of time we invested as well as money they refuse to refund, even with substantial proof the system was non-functional.

Auto fill for iphone does not work. Takes forever to login and accept a job. By the time you get to it someone’s already beat you

Everything is wrong! Jobs appear in a blink and instantly disappear. Have to be looking on iPhone every second of the day to maybe get lucky and get a job. No feedback when I click on accept or decline. Doesn’t accurately track jobs on calendar. May apply to sub at another school that does not use InstaSub.
