### 2/5 — only works 50% of the time. not worth the price

I’ve been a paid subscriber for about a year now for the same IG account and the app goes in and out of recognizing me as a paid subscriber with premium. Today it’s telling me it can’t analyze private accounts… but it’s public…. I’ll finally be deleting and cancelling. I gave this app way too much money over the past year and it has not worked consistently lol

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear you're having issues with the app! This kind of thing usually happens when your account is set to private, but since you mentioned it’s public, it might just be a glitch. If you think it’s a mistake, try logging out and logging back in—that can sometimes fix it. There’s also a "Restore Purchase" button in the settings tab you can use anytime to get your premium access back. Hope that helps, but totally get it if you’re fed up after all this time!

There is no way I or anyone can unsubscribe to this weekly monthly annual subscription.  How can you do this?? I hope you guys can see this and help me and others who have the same question. It’s not like the app doesn’t work, because it does. Thank you.

**Developer response:** Hey there! I totally get how frustrating this can be, but don’t worry—you *can* unsubscribe from an App Store subscription, whether it’s weekly, monthly, or annual. Here’s how you can do it on your iPhone or iPad: Go to the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions." You’ll see a list of all your active subscriptions. Just tap the one you want to cancel, and hit "Cancel Subscription." If you don’t see a cancel option, it might already be set to expire, so double-check for a red expiration message. 

It’s pretty straightforward once you know where to look! Hopefully this helps you and anyone else wondering the same thing. Let me know if you run into any snags!
