Today it’s telling me it can’t analyze private accounts… but it’s public…. I’ll finally be deleting and cancelling. I gave this app way too much money over the past year and it has not worked consistently lol **Developer response:** Sorry to hear you're having issues with the app! This kind of thing usually happens when your account is set to private, but since you mentioned it’s public, it might just be a glitch. If you think it’s a mistake, try logging out and logging back in—that can sometimes fix it. There’s also a "Restore Purchase" button in the settings tab you can use anytime to get your premium access back. Just tap the one you want to cancel, and hit "Cancel Subscription." If you don’t see a cancel option, it might already be set to expire, so double-check for a red expiration message. Before it would work take FOREVER to open. It would say “refreshing data” and took about 2 minutes to completely open up. It showed followers and people unfollowing. However, it never showed people who unfollowed. It said not enough data, or something like that. So I thought I’d give it time to see changes. The free trial ended, still nothing. I was able to see people not following, so I was able to use that. Then it said it couldn’t refresh or track because I had more than 10k combined from followers and unfollowing combined unless I paid more, but I already had the premium. I don’t think it ever updated from the data from when I signed up. So, it ended up being a waste of payment for a few weeks. It never gave me the unfollowers, it quit working and never gave me new data. Disappointed **Developer response:** Hello, The app can not show you historical data, If you continue using the app and keep syncing weekly (recommended) in case any of your followers starts to unfollow you, The app can detect that. Otherwise it's not possible to display the people who unfollowed you before the app installation time. After downloading, you are apparently given a 3 day free trial then required to pay a weekly fee, meanwhile it charged me upfront. I’ve never had that happen before with an app. Usually, you’re not charged until the free trial is over. Additionally, there is NO info to review. I don’t see anything! It’s a waste of money. Additionally, the app charges you $2.99 even though it says that you can try it upgrade free for three days and then it would be 2.99 per week. I’ve reached out to Apple support which is completely useless. They told me that they are only a billing service.
