The ability to search for photos is nonexistent, and requires so much scrolling around. Just allowing a share action from the Photos app itself would help so much.

Ever since updating my phone I can’t print… I either have issues with connecting to the instax wifi or the app tells me “the selected picture cannot be used”… very frustrating

I have the Instax 2. It will not connect to my phone anymore since the IPhone update. I’m realizing online and through ChatGPT that this is a common problem. Fuji doesn’t keep their app updated. So frustrating. I have a perfectly good printer, full of brand new film, that I can no longer use!

Share sp-2不管怎麼設定，都無法支援手機連線列印，也沒有替代方案，只能變成電子垃圾，該公司生產的產品5年內就會淘汰，不要再買立可拍底片了，只能當歷史的灰燼。

I spent an hour trying to connect my printer to my iPhone, however no matter the troubleshooting I tried it wouldn’t connect or print. Luckily, I was able to connect it to my iPad and use it for some odd reason I have no explanation for. You’d think that if a customer spent $100+ on an item no matter how old it is, Fujifilm would keep it updated and usable. But no, the latest/last update completely blocks your printer from being used. It shouldn’t be this difficult to print and use this product/app.

instax SHARE SP-1で使用。昔は綺麗な色がでましたが近年のアップデートで白飛びこ激しいおかしな発色に。フィルムを新しいものに変えても同様でした。本体に不具合がなさそうなのに使いものにならなくなってしまいました。好きなメーカーなのに本当に残念です。

I paid for this fuji film printer hoping it would last a while. However it only was short lived.  The app no longer allows me to print any of my photos despite the information on the download page saying it was compatible with my iphone. We are now on IOS 18 not 11. Please update the app.

Haven’t used the printer in a bit but have a few prints left in the printer and thought I’d use them up. But the app no longer supports the SP-1 model. That’s extremely disappointing that I now have this expensive piece of equipment with an expensive cartridge I can’t use!  I’d give this one star if I could.

My iPhone used to connect to the printer with no problem. Now it seems that is no longer the case. With the constant update in iOS, there should be an update to this app so it continues to work. Now my printer is a piece of junk unless this app gets some updates 😡

Printer shows not connected on my iphone 15 instax share app even though it is connected to wifi and location permissions are on. So basically since you didn't update your firmware correctly I now cannot use the printer for anything. Absolute garbage. Never buying instax again.

I purchased some new films for Mother’s Day and spent over an hour trying to connect the printer to my phone after updating it. Nothing works and I regret updating it and spent over $50 buying film that I can no longer use. I am extremely frustrated because I have tried everything online and have followed the links that the Fujifilm developers have responded with to other people who have the same issues.

L'applicazione funziona perfettamente e permettere di stampare le foto dal telefono ma bisognerebbe dare più possibilità di modificare la foto dentro l'app, magari con più filtri o adesivi e quant'altro... Ogni volta che si stampa una foto viene messa in un album particolare dive si possono ristampare le foto già stampate in precedenza con salvati gli stessi parametri già preimpostati ed è molto utile.

Maybe the APP wasn’t perfect with previous operating systems, but I purchased a used Instax share 2 (Nov. 2023) and I got it to work on the first try. I can see why some people are confused that to connect it wirelessly you need to connect through wifi and select Instax and not through Bluetooth. My photos printed beautifully and I cannot wait to use it all the time to print photos from my phone (iPhone 14).

IOS 16.1. Принтер работает стабильно. Важно!! перед использованием к принтеру нужно подключится через wi-fi, он будет отображаться в доступных сетях!! Затем в приложении выбрать "select from photos", выбрать фотографию и нажать "connect and print". 

Для лучшего результата фотографий в "edit > costole filters" поднять три доступных параметра на 10 пунктов. Это скомпенсируют естественную потерю насыщенности данной технологии печати 

Приятного использования :)
