We have made it available to all of our clients and they love it! I especially like the auto accident help features. The step-by-step directions are great for new drivers (or any good driver who doesn't have frequent accidents) as the app uses all of the tools of a smart phone to take photos, dictate details of the accident, geo-locate a towing company, email a claim report, call your agent and/or company. The Home Inventory is one of the simplest I've seen, and because it can be updated quickly on the spot, I think that it is one that our clients will really use. Looks like I have to pull the policies out of the safe and the is cards out of the cars and take photos and manually store them. Uh… my agent has that info on file. No thanks. Wasted my time downloading this. **Developer response:** Hi BA: At this time we're not integrated with your agency's policy management system, which is why policy data and ID cards do not display - but we will be soon. Your agent likely deployed IA App for all the other features: Vehicle accident & property incident reporting, property inventory documentation, change requests, easier access to your agent for call, text or email, etc. Most people already have easy access to their policy data which is why all the other features are incorporated. Good idea though. **Developer response:** Thx for the props on the "idea", Cece..... Let's just say there are only so many ways to make "insurance" mobile app screens exciting. Most agencies and app users love the simplicity of the design and user eperience - it's not a game, for sure! Three screens are ONLY seen when we don't already know the person registering. So, either your insurance agency did not invite you to use Insurance Agent App, or you chose to "register" with an email address that does not associate you with your insurance agency. When you "register" the way you did, we give you the option to "select" your agency, in case you chose to use an email address that is different than the one your agency has for you. Most app users only see the registration and confirmation code screens. ### 3/5 — Slow *2024-05-25* I currently use apps for many of my insurances/ policies/ health. All them you would just type in name and policy number and everything uploaded. I have policies with several different companies, and this app makes it incredibly easy to track everything without having to jump between multiple websites or apps. I can quickly view my policy details, stay organized, and have all of my insurance information available whenever I need it. The interface is simple and easy to use, which makes managing multiple policies much less stressful. If you have insurance with more than one company, this app is a great way to keep everything organized in one convenient place. This app lets me see all policies and ID cards without having to set-up company usernames and passwords.
