I’ve been trying to use the app, the company encourages you to use the app, I call to get support with the app and they tell me “sorry we’re working 
on it but there’s a fee to pay online still”. That 
really grinds my gears.

I hate it! 
They call u for money, which is weird.
The app cheap continues to crash! 
I hate inputting my card info to any app then the app fail. It feels fraudulent. 
I’ve been trying to pay the bill for a full day.
What business makes it hard to receive money?
I called to pay the bill and they put me on hold for over 30 mins.

I don’t understand why an insurance company would encourage the use of this app that is not functioning. I believe they have had lots of complaints but still did nothing to improve their app. Why being slammed with $5 fee every time you call for payment when clearly the app doesn’t work. This is simply ridiculous.

Nothing is up to date. I keep trying to use it because there isn’t a fee when you pay on the app oppose to paying a $5 fee over the phone or having to go to the actual office to pay. It sure knows when to tell you that you have to renew your insurance and it’s good to take your money but other than that you have to be cautious using it because you never know what’s right.
