I’ve had this insurance for a year now and I must say that my experience has been awesome! From start to finish the representatives were very helpful in my getting my claim done. With this being my first accident I was very scared and nervous and had no idea what to do. They assured me that everything will be taken of professionally and in a timely manner. I recommend them not only because of the cheap rates but also the service. I was able to get everything done through the app.

My mom absolutely loved how easy it was to use the app and customize her coverage. She could not believe what an unbeatable price she received (saved over $400 a year compared to her already low-priced “bundled” policy with a traditional insurer). And to top it all off, she was able to purchase it right then and there with no additional steps required—just used Apple Pay and we were done! Highly recommend!!

Recently switched to Go after my daughter told me how happy she was. Full coverage for a reasonable rate. Not long after my daughter bought her car she was involved in a hit and run. All she was able to provide was a plate number to the car. The adjuster contacted her and within a few days she had her estimate and most of the info she needed to have her vehicle fully repaired. Although it’s only been a short period of time, no complaints.
