## What is InSysOut ANPR Event Viewer?

InSysOut ANPR Event Viewer is a lightweight tool for integration teams, developers, and security operators who need to inspect ANPR/LPR event payloads from different systems.

Import ANPR events from JSON, XML, CSV, SQL, Protobuf, or local files. View normalized event data, vehicle images, plate crops, confidence scores, camera information, lane details, timestamps, Arabic fields, and raw payload content in one clean interface.

This app is designed for payload review, integration testing, demos, and operational inspection. It does not perform live surveillance, facial recognition, biometric identification, or identity recognition.
