I have tried many times to make and account and all it does and say is loading ### 1/5 — Ticket App *2026-04-24, version 3.0.6* Is quite useless ### 3/5 — Access only on one device *2026-03-05, version 2.2* It's completely unpractical to have an access just from one device to the ticket you bought already. The bus drivers are terrible though most of the time! Yesterday it was very late and when it came it drives straight pass me and the driver looked at me did a wave and drove past. For first time user provides 0 guidance and it’s very confusing on what you have to do to buy ticket and which tickets. The information architecture is confusing, some of the info leads you put of the app to their cumbersome website.
