This happens routinely while the timer is running. There is no warning. When you go back to hit the stop button on the timer, the app freezes with a black screen and will close. I know our IT has been on this issue with them forever as well. But it keeps happening. That is not acceptable. I don’t even know why they bother. Not only does it freeze and crash when you use it, but most of the time you can’t even get it to start. It crashes and cannot be reloaded. One time I was able to get it to work again by restarting my phone, but this time I had to uninstall/reinstall. This is a fatal flaw for such a common user error, to the point that I likely have to stop relying on the app. I use it constantly instead of desktop, but can’t rely on it any more given this issue. ### 1/5 — Made it even worse! *2024-02-29* Since my message to you following the “feedback” link in the app didn’t work— I’ll put this here. I was hoping your update would solve the problem of not being able to copy/paste and auto-capitalizing after using a narrative code. But no, instead of fixing the narrative code issue, now it is nonexistent. That is, we can no longer use a period before the code to get the text we want. If there is a setting somewhere to make this work, I could not find it. And still cannot copy/paste, something we could previously do in the app. Seriously this app used to be a great time saver and value add. Without the narrative code feature it is useless. Happy to discuss with anyone who will listen as I was a heavy user.
