Ha comunque applicato lo sconto ma con fare infastidito. Mi sembra grave che un tassista ufficiale non sia a conoscenza del regolamento tariffario e delle agevolazioni. Sarebbe UTiLE e SERIO che fossero proprio i tassisti a fornire queste informazioni al cliente. Aggiungo , inoltre, che il costo per una corsa di circa 7 km alle ore 22:30,, (con tariffa notturna) è stato davvero eccessivo. Il tassametro è arrivato a segnare euro 24,63… una follia per una corsa in città senza traffico! ### 4/5 — INADEMPIENTI E INAFFIDABILI *2025-08-18, version 4.0.15* Dovendo trovarci a Malpensa per un volo internazionale che richiedeva la nostra presenza al check-in almeno 1,5 h prima, ho prenotato un taxi sulla app InTaxi 2 gg prima, ricevendo conferma. Il g programmato ho atteso il taxi, che non si è presentato. Dopo 15’ di inutile attesa ho chiamato la società che e’ caduta dalle nuvole e mi ha comunicato che avrebbero cercato un altro taxista. Il tempo passava ed io ero sempre più agitato al timore di perdere il volo e rimetterci il costo del biglietto e a cascata diversi altri costi e inconvenienti a mio danno. Ho attivato mia moglie perché cercasse un altro taxi col suo cellulare (il mio era impegnato con InTaxi), ma a quell’ora erano tutti impegnati. Dopo mezz’ora col cuore a mille mi e’ giunto un messaggio preconfezionato sul telefono che mi comunicava che non erano in grado di trovare un taxi, PUNTO E BASTA. Potete immaginare il mio umore. Per fortuna subito dopo mia moglie ha trovato un taxi con un’altra società che ci ha subito raggiunto portandoci all’aeroporto a tutta velocità. E per fortuna l’areo era in ritardo per cui per il rotto della cuffia siamo riusciti a salire a bordo. Capisco tutto ma é un mio diritto poter pagare con questo mezzo di pagamento quando mi trovo in trasferta e fare il viaggio costantemente con il taxista che si lamenta e la smette solo quando non si sta più zitti anche no. ### 4/5 — Very Nice Experience *2024-12-20, version 4.0.13* The taxi driver who drove me home tonight was kind enough to wait for me while I got inside my apartment building safe. Useless ### 1/5 — Not reliable drivers / support *2025-04-06, version 4.0.14* I’ve ordered taxi when it was freezing outside and I made sure since the time of ordering, even if it was 10 minutes wait, I was waiting outside, just in case the GPS doesn’t work properly (we all know it happens on the transport apps). Driver arrived 10 numbers away, I could see him, but before I managed to walked to him he changed his status to green and took other people. I stopped him nevertheless and he said he was calling me. I had no unanswered calls and number HAS to be registered correctly with the app (as you cannot change it) so it was a white lie from drivers side. I had to order another cab, which supposed to arrive in 6 mins and I was waiting more than double of that time. Support done nothing in regards of my first order, they even counted it as no show up and gave me a warning. Wouldn’t recommend using this app. There’s also no way to contact the driver. ### 1/5 — se si potesse dare 0, lo avrei dato *2024-12-21, version 4.0.13* servizio a dir poco inesistene, non dico completamente solo grazie all’assistente vocale che risponde quando si chiama. Appena usciti dalla discoteca prenotiamo un taxi, ci da un tempo anche abbastanza breve, 3 min, ma quei 3 min sono diventati 5, poi 7, 9 e così via; ovviamente per l’app mancavano sempre 3 min e quindi siamo rimasti fuori(al freddo e stanchi) ad aspettare taxi inesistenti.
