I want one app for both. I understand newer has more features, but all I want to control is basic controls is input select, naming inputs and volume, and group the two together. They should at least design it to perform the basic controls of older network receivers. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2021-03-05, version 2.0.1* Please fix app How am I suppose to use receiver. Also the tool tops come up too often and the first one is grammatically flawed. On Iphone 11 I have a receiver that controls my TV in three zones . I am trying to listen to music on zone 3 and the app Integra pro keeps crashing.. When selecting the zone 3 which is for outdoor music it keeps going back to zone 1.. Your latest update.. FREEZES!! Well now the app just crashes upon start up on iOS. Absolutely useless. For those of you dealing with the crashing, here’s a work around. Kill the app, turn off your WiFi, open the app, while in the app - enable WiFi again, but don’t get out of the app. Just wait. This has happened in the last week. And it is happening on all devices in my home. There use to a 3rd remote you could buy called o-remote that never had connection issue but no longer is available perhaps you can contact that developer for tips. That app was flawess. Luckily I had the older version on my iPad which still works so now I have to back up to older version and restore to my phone. I would have paid for this app if it wasn’t changed, but the developers seem to want to find ways to change it and break things. I’ve never had a connection issue or any issue at all with the units, the remote control or the app. I cannot explain the reviews. I’m currently running a 7.4.2 Integra receiver and amp system with Hue Sync, 75” Samsung and 1gig FIOS. ### 5/5 — Does what it’s supposed to do *2025-04-14, version 3.2.2* The app works great as an optional remote for my DRX-3.4. The app is also used to configure Dirac Live, and it worked perfectly for that task as well. We’ve got a DRX 5.2 from 2018 and esp w the new UI it controls multiple zones easily and efficiently. Nice recent update Integra! ### 4/5 — Polished remote app with a sexy UI *2018-04-14, version 1.8.0* Overall an excellent remote app for your Integra. Looks polished and it’s more responsive than my LG TV remote app. The dark UI is ideal for night use and it handles multiple zones well. My only complaint is when you watch a movie from a streaming app on your TV, the Integra app is unable to show you the HDMI ARC audio format and just displays UNKNOWN instead of stereo, 5.1, Atmos etc. It would be great if Integra could fix that bug. ### 3/5 — Worked until it didn’t *2020-06-12, version 1.13.1* The current version instantly crashes after launch on both my iPad and iPhone. It worked fine before that so I’m not doing 1-star but this is unacceptable. Update: nothing having changed it’s working again which highlights the core experience: unreliable. When it works it’s fine, the Tidal integration is a little wonky but sounds great on my DTM-7. More often than not I can't connect to my receiver using this app, and have to re-connect it through Bluetooth or some other method.
