Finally realized they had another email account. Even though I never used the account they took my last two payments of 64.00/month. Watch out for this app’s shadow **Developer response:** Hello Zoelou, The app does not offer a subscription costing 64/month and the subscription can only be cancelled via your subscriptions screen in your phone settings, the same way all other subscriptions managed by Apple. We do not have any control over this. It could be that you are mixing up our app with some other product. If that's the case, we would appreciate you updating your review so others are not misled. Can not cancel, continuous charges *2026-02-07* I have been unable to reach an actual person, but left 3 messages following the instructions to cancel, proving the information to cancel, but am still getting charged $65 seemingly 2x/mo. Was able to lock my card for some of them, not all. The app itself is a glorified journaling app unworthy of the price or future payments. SCAM! Run! **Developer response:** Hello, To clarify, this app does not process payments at this time — neither through the App Store nor through any external website. We do not have subscriptions or recurring billing of any kind. If you are being charged $65, the payment is not associated with this app. The best way to identify the source is to check the exact merchant name listed on your bank statement. If you’ve confused this with another service, we’d appreciate an update to your review so other users are not misled. They even reached out to verify that things were fixed on the user end.
