I purchased Greg’s book “The Mindful Catholic” on the strength of what he said in that podcast. I was in deep depression at the time and praying for help. My prayers were answered. I worked through the mindfulness exercises in Greg’s book and the depression lifted. I listen to the podcast after a friend sent me to kindle version of the Catholic Mindfulness book. This is not heavy on the mind because soul and body are integrated into practice.
