I can never get it to work when I need to just refill meds. It will not communicate with the pharmacy. Needs a serious update! ### 1/5 — Review *2025-01-29, version 3.6* The just stop working ### 1/5 — Easier to call the pharmacy *2024-03-04, version 3.5* When the site is up and working, it’s a shock. Because most of the time it doesn’t work at all. It keeps every prescription you’ve ever had on there and there’s no way to delete old prescriptions so it gets very confusing after a while. When it does work and you can find the right prescription, it’s pretty handy. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2024-01-08, version 3.5* Integris should just delete this service. It is unusable in every single aspect. Can’t log in most of the time. The scan doesn’t work at all and it doesn’t let you ask for refills the majority of the time even if you have refills. This is the worst app ever. Idk how much money Integris is paying for this “service” but if it’s $1 a month it’s TOO MUCH. ### 1/5 — Never works *2023-12-07, version 3.5* This app is a joke! It hasn’t worked for about 4 months now. You’d think an app dealing with something as important as prescriptions would at least work. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2023-11-06* It constantly struggles, so I have to wait and hope the problem gets fixed soon. Now it is almost useless because part of the text overlaps other text within the app making it difficult to read anything. DESPERATELY needs a good update that will make it functional. A lot of people could use this app but the way it is now it’s practically useless as it’s nearly impossible to read anything in the app. ### 1/5 — It used to work *2023-03-08, version 3.5* It used to be great but now it won’t even let me log in. The leave a note section gets all jumbled. Need to be updated and restructured. The ability to add family members would be great. Take some lessons from the Walgreens app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work on iPhone dark mode *2022-11-02, version 3.5* I’ve tried to register for the app several times and the scroll for the birthday doesn’t work if your phone is set to dark mode, I finally figured out.
