### 2/5 — Does iOS 16.2 kill this?

*2022-12-16, version 22.01.12*

Love the app, it’s been my go to for years to compare chips of all types from Intel. Tried to review 13th gen and it tells me the app requires an update, takes me to the AppStore, but even a delete and reinstall doesn’t get me back online.

Help Intel, get me the info back on all your chips!

### 2/5 — It was good...

*2018-04-23, version 3.0.4*

It was a great app to do my research when working with others, then after an update it now starts to crash and really doesn’t work.

### 1/5 — It’s crashing

*2018-04-20, version 3.0.4*

Something wrong!! It’s crashing every time I open it.

### 1/5 — Intel messed up a good app

*2018-04-11, version 3.0.4*

Since version 3.0.4 auto update on March 24, 2018, the app crashes constantly on current iOS and iPhone 6 Plus.
The app had value. Now it just dies over and over.
Okay, I finally just deleted this turkey app. It was a useless waste of storage on my iPhone and what was worse was the frustration that the app actually worked great just three weeks prior.
If they bring back the previous working app, I’ll update my review with an appropriately glowing review. 🤦‍♂️

### 2/5 — This on iPhone 7 plus with 11.3 doesn't work

*2018-04-01, version 3.0.4*

This edition doesn't work. It's crash when start application.

### 1/5 — New App Version Crashing

*2018-03-25, version 3.0.4*

For me, the new app version crashes when opening. iPhone 6s Plus with current iOS version.

Tried uninstalling it, closing all open apps, shut down and start up device, then re-download from App Store. Same result. Flash of blue screen, then disappears. App is running in background, but won't in foreground.

Thanks.

### 1/5 — Liked the plain ARK Version better

*2018-03-24, version 3.0.4*

I wonder my each app developer thinks that it’s a good idea to pack constantly new features in an app. Sometimes less is more. The plan ARK version was much better. I used to use the app just to look up cpu features real quick. The support feature could have been in a separate app. Now the app feels overloaded and overwhelming. Too many clicks to get what one wants. Too bad....

### 2/5 — Good promises! But not very well executed...

*2018-02-17, version 2.1.4*

The design is poor, you have to stay clicking the X button to get out of options, and pressing back buttons in a time of gestures... and the search tool is ridiculous, you need to type the exact terms to be functional... not even to mention that there are no images of the products, which are present in the website...

### 1/5 — missing features

*2017-07-11, version 2.1.3*

missing search by features

### 1/5 — Pretty bad

*2017-07-02, version 2.1.3*

After activating the automatic update, the app stop working and give just "updating" and it give nothing even if you wait as long as you want

### 1/5 — App Won't Update Data.

*2017-06-19, version 2.1.3*

When starting the app it goes to updating data but never completes.

### 4/5 — Works great on iPhone 7 Plus. Essential for computer work!

*2017-05-13, version 2.1.3*

I like ARK website, but I like the app even more because it works off line. I have two complaints:
1. Please give us some kind of tab system, like in a web browser, so that we can quickly have multiple pages open at once without using the compare function.
2. Please fix this issue: There is no way to return to normal app function if the app opens the intel website. There just aren't any buttons like back and forward, or exit, when the app refers you to the intel website.

Anyways, thanks for this tool!

### 1/5 — This app doesnt function on the iphone 7+

*2016-12-13, version 2.1.3*

Numerous attempts to check CPU specs result in freezes where none of the buttons or menus can be viewed or triggered. As an IT specialist, This app is essential to look up, compare, and verify stats. However, CPUs will arbitrarily dissapear or the screen will freeze. Its strange how such a small percentage of Xeon (server) CPUs are actually listed. Did Intel forget to list the rest or has someone maliciously altered this app (i have not jailbroken my iphone) so that only a limited number of CPUs can be referenced?

Intel, please feel free to contact me for more details on the problems that need to be fixed. This app needs improvement, i would like to volunteer to "remedy" the problem(s).

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Needs work

*2022-05-05, version 22.01.12*

This app, as well as the website, needs a little work. Only giving a 1 star review for visibility. Support is fantastic when calling.

So I’ve just tried processing a warranty claim through the site, but find that when you go to the warranty check page NOT signed in, you get the info you need. When trying to start a claim or anything, you must sign in. After signing in, from the support page and clicking on warranty, you’re immediately re-directed back to the support page.

Also, the app does not let you sign in and remain signed in via the app. When you tap sign in, a second window appears and basically logs you in via the web instead of the app. When trying to go back to the app, you need to sign in again. I’m following the email updates of my case but it would be great if I could use the app instead.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2021-09-15, version 21.06.33*

missing all the features of ark

### 1/5 — Can’t sign in

*2021-06-06, version 21.04.18*

When I try to load the sign in page to request support, I only get a “403 Are you lost” error message. Not sure how to use this app when sign-in is required to continue.

### 1/5 — this app crush down all the time

*2020-12-21, version 20.10.51*

Pls fix this issue

### 1/5 — Disappointment

*2020-09-23, version 20.07.34*

How did inter screw up a app that just shows product database.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2020-04-27, version 20.02.09*

You can no longer lookup processors as it always returns with a networking error. It used to be an offline app in the past as well as it was basically just a front end to a small database full of CPU and other Intel product specifications. I’m disappointed in the way Intel has been going in recent years, and it’s little stuff like this that shows why they’re currently losing to AMD.

### 1/5 — 一直闪退！ios13.3.1

*2020-01-31, version 20.1.5*

一直闪退！ios13. 3. 1 crashed constantly

### 1/5 — Not loading anything

*2020-01-04, version 19.12.51*

Not showing any products and features, but asking to write review) well here you go)))

### 1/5 — Update ruined it.

*2019-02-21, version 3.8.4*

One of the latest updates to the app actually removed a majority of i7 & i9 processors, even the one I use, from the list of products available. I will no longer being using the app until they list all the processors again.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Our developers have fixed the link to the production specs.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2018-06-04, version 3.2.3*

When this app was Intel ARK, it was a useful app. Responsive and useful. Now it has been completely butchered and doesn’t even work well anymore. Slow to start, and the information it returns isn’t the same level as the ARK app was. Way to ruin yet another product Intel

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Very useful and clean navigation

*2020-12-18, version 20.10.51*

The look and feel of this makes for easy and swift use!

### 5/5 — Updated release is faster

*2018-05-22, version 3.2.3*

Updated release 3.2.3. 😀

### 5/5 — Great App

*2018-03-30, version 3.0.4*

As a reviewer, having access to this is great.

### 5/5 — Fun, and updates!

*2017-05-17, version 2.1.3*

This App is FUN for many reasons if you are a numbers junkie.

I also noticed lately, mainly the past few weeks, that updates within the App occur (nearly) every day once opening the App. Seeing the yellow prompt at the top that there are new Intel products to be added to the App is smart, yet of course tedious. It depends if you need the info constantly.

Before, the update within the App occurred maybe only every other week or sometimes months. Maybe Intel found some way to do updates more quickly, or there is a demand for it they have suddenly realized, or they are trying something new. Either way I like it!

Also, I wonder what Intel ARK stands for. An "ark" of information?!

### 5/5 — Does it's job

*2017-04-15, version 2.1.3*

Simple UI, easy to compare product specs just like on the website. Does exactly what I need, and nothing more.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2016-12-18, version 2.1.3*

The app has all the info I would need if I ever need to look up a processor for either upgrades or just learning about them. Haven't had any problems with the app. I would recommend this app for anyone who works in computers.

### 5/5 — another good app GFWed

*2016-10-12, version 2.1.3*

can't update data in China without using FW traversal tools. fxxk gcd

### 5/5 — Logo Change seems unnecessary

*2016-04-20, version 2.1.3*

I like the older logo. Had a more "Intel'y" feel to it. Other than that it is a very stable app that just works.

### 5/5 — Intel Greatness

*2015-11-20, version 2.1.0*

Wow this app is very impressive. It is very informal of all Intel products. It gives you full details of compatibility. The UI is smooth & easy to navigate. The categories are well organized. Great job Intel, you always guarantee satisfaction.

### 5/5 — Great for quick things

*2015-04-18, version 2.0.0*

If you want to be a geek and have everything at you fingertips, this is nice
