For some reason, the app converts photos to a different type of file that isn’t conducive with the software I use and makes it no longer a jpg. So now I’m out $1,500 and still using my phone for work instead of a laptop. Jokes on me for falling for the great advertising because the computer can’t be returned. I could pick the calls from my laptop but they couldn’t hear me, when I responded to messages, the prefix +1 was getting added on the phone number and the message couldn’t be sent (I live in Greece, so it’s +30). Problem is that I loved this app on my X1 Carbon Gen 9 and now it’s just busted.
