Also, clearly the app wasn’t designed to be user friendly as we have to slide down to the option while delivering it could be just tick option and boom you are done. To mark delivered, the app asks yes/no questions multiple times and takes too much time to complete a function. A driver on road on vehicle will be frustrated with it. Much better could be done on the app ### 1/5 — App is likely the issue *2020-07-20, version 1.1.0* These couriers will chronically attempt late Amazon deliveries (sometimes 5-6x for the same package) to business addresses that are closed past 5 pm. If this app is routing drivers, either it doesn’t work properly or has inadequate features to not waste everyone’s time involved and cement this company’s reputation as a bad / unreliable courier. If these guys can’t competently fix this app to avoid this type of chronic issue, their customers (such as Amazon) will likely beat them to the punch by automating a suggestion like mine—to automate their own logistics to blacklist this courier from any deliveries for business addresses or accounts having tax exemptions for resale. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — big Company , Low Back Office *2025-05-05, version 1.3.0* How is Intelcom a high company and still Cannot Invest on Good Developers Teams . Delivering packages out of town sometimes its 6-7 or 10-15 minutes house interval of houses and worse is 30 minutes 1 way drive and just hot to know that they will pay same intown 1.83$ i spent 20$ on gas on 1 address and drive an hour back and forth amd been paid 1.83$ -12$ depends on weight. Not even enough to cover my gas more on all the things that needs to consider. Have to press OK or YES 3-4 times before posting picture or doing signature. Other than that APP works well. Just make less options/prompts and the app is great. Routes are in order 95% of the time, pleased with the app anyways. Biggest annoyance is the fact it can be used to deliver with multiple signature but not without. Why not make it so the photos can be attached to multiple packages just the same as a signature?? Seems like a common sense thing to be able do it for both.
