Now I get error occur and takes me to a blank blue page. I’m supposed to do a sif assessment everyday and now I’m in trouble with the big boss. Keeps saying unexpected error occurred and when I reach out to support it says to contact my group administrator who gave me what I needed right next to me. Very poorly functioning app. ### 1/5 — Never Works *2024-10-14* Every time you attempt to use this app it never works, log ins are an absolute nightmare and it doesn't stay logged in which wastes a lot of time. Please work on this app more. ### 1/5 — Logging in is a pest *2024-05-15* To log in I had to put my companies link in the field which redirects me to safari to log in with my credentials and then kicks me back to the app EVERY SINGLE TIME. I set up Face ID to see if it would prevent this but it doesn’t work unless I have the app open, leave and immediately go back. It’s also very slow when it comes to adding invoices with the image upload feature you have to save and go to another page rather than it all be in one place. ### 1/5 — Junk *2024-04-03, version 2.138.6* Please pick any other platform over this one. Organizations don’t let organizations pick intelex. ### 1/5 — Too Many Problems *2024-01-17* I will vote to move to another electronic platform. Too many issues and the customer support is a zero. There are too many issues to put on here, I just strongly recommend you see what else is out there. This could be a great system if the personnel would listen and fix all reported issues including their customer service. ### 1/5 — Awful Servers *2023-02-22* The app is great in theory, however, the servers are so slow it’s almost unusable. Opening the app takes nearly 5 minutes, and this is not dependent upon your internet connection. It’s so slow it will remind you of dial-up internet. Wie will be shopping for another company and getting rid of this one. Much more easily and faster, much better than the windows full version, my only observation is that would like to see my VFLs already reported and closed in the mobile application, but is not possible to keep track of your VFLs; one have to go to windows and open the full version, may be if the developer see my review they might fix this, for the rest is a very simple and clean interface, very intuitive, I like it. ### 5/5 — Love the UX *2022-07-08, version 2.125.6* I was surprised ed by the ease of use of the application. It took us a long time to properly refit our modules we use in Mobile (my reasoning for 4 stars not 5). But with proper design and testing, we have a great final app. If your mobile app has issues, contact your system administrator or Intelex representative so they can address the issue(s).
