Then it wants you to go activate the account via an email they send you. So far so good. But when you click the link they send to activate, it opens a page that literally says "thank you for registering. Please activate your account by clicking the link in the email we just sent you" and nothing gets activated. And no further emails are sent. Will try again later but I'm not hopeful that this will work. Technology is supposed to make life easier. Not more difficult. ### 1/5 — Still a piece *2020-08-30, version 1.17.1* Still does not work. It worked only on the very 1st initial use and has not worked since. Reservations fail to to come over. Will be deleted ### 1/5 — What invitation code!! *2019-04-20, version 1.14* Went to activate app and I had to put in this code and NO code was found!!! Dare not to call casino or hotel cuz they bounce u back and forth cuz neither one knows nothing the other is doing!!! ### 1/5 — Horrible and Frustrating!! *2019-02-15, version 1.14* Extremely poor customer service to the point of being rude. Hotel hadn’t a clue on how to set up and use app. Several of us had problems obtaining the invitation code and the Hotel didn’t know what to do to correct this. CS related to this app DOES NOT work or load. No other email or customer support found anywhere. When someone found the parent company on social media they basically said to contact the hotel and to delete the public conversation. What a joke! Deleting the app and ALL of us will never use it again. ### 4/5 — Super buggy app *2018-04-06, version 1.1.58* I wouldn’t waste my time on this app. It’s very poorly designed and buggy. It won’t import my reservation and even the basic things like identifying an email field aren’t properly implemented. Nothing is more frustrating than trying to use a badly designed app. **Developer response:** Hello! Thank you for using KEYPR!
