I especially appreciate the weekly report. It clearly shows exactly how much time he spent on the app and which subjects he worked on, giving me helpful, encouraging insights into his progress. They have been secretly taking A$45.99 from my Westpac bank account for two months without my explicit consent. I never authorized these recurring payments. To make matters worse, their website support button is completely broken, making it impossible to contact them easily. This is an absolute rip-off. I do not know what this is band have reached out but received no response. I later google intellecto kids and they are filled with complaints for the same issue. They sneak additional charges in hopes you do not catch it. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND intellecto kids.
