The topics covered, if embraced with an open mind, are helpful.  

The app itself though is horribly buggy. 

1. There are supposed to be four daily notifications. The frequency is important to effect constructive mental change. The morning notification arrived but seldom any of the other three. 
2. There is supposed to be a new lesson per day, new topic per week.  You can’t peek ahead. The bug is that some days it refuses to advance. Now by week three the app won’t even load the main screen. 

Architecturally speaking, from a user point of view, this is essentially a calendar app with 4 per day pre-programmed notices. Freshman in Computer Science write calendar apps. This one gets a flunking grade.
