Can’t adjust fan speed, date time, schedule or humidity. ### 1/5 — Worked until this week *2025-11-14, version 3.2.0* Previous version of app was better but current one functioned reliably for the last several years even if its capabilities were very limited. But this week, like other users, I found the app will no longer load and the suggested email address for help is no longer active. Johnson Controls sent my request for help to their marketing team. Now I have a wall thermostat like it’s 1996. Please fix the app. I suspect that iOS 26.1 broke the app. JCI, please fix your app. ### 1/5 — Stopped working. *2025-11-11* Won’t even load the app. Have tried everything from restarting phone to reloading app. Was good until it just stopped loading. My brand I sell to customers does not even have this option to be a awesome, variable, modulate, adjust temps, air flows and such.
