But entering billing info is not. Consider plugging into iPhone payment functionality and allow Apple Pay. Don’t force the upsell to “add another coffee” if I’m only ordering one coffee. I order their coffee every month and was pumped to have an easy way to do it on my phone. This doesn't do that. You can't add multiple items - which means there's no shopping cart. In an app designed to sell products. Tough ding for the Intelligensia brand - they outta fix this ASAP. ### 3/5 — Helpful guide but flawed for Aeropress *2016-07-16, version 2.5.1* All in all, the brew timer is a handy tool. With one exception: The Aeropress. The breakdown for me occurred as I started pouring my water and suddenly realized that 256g of H2O would be impossible to fit inside the press. Of course, I know well enough that you're supposed to add water after brewing the initial concentrate. You’ve alienated your core base of customers and sabotaged many future potential customers. I have had guests at my house many times that will observe all my coffee brewing equipment and enjoy drinking and watching coffee brew. They become intrigued and desire to start brewing in similar methods on their own. Your app has ALWAYS been my go to recommendation for a new overwhelmed home brewer, which would inevitably lead them to purchase intelligentsia coffee and products in the future. It was also my go to reference for lesser used methods that are not fresh in my mind. Removing this feature in favor of corporate greed will prove to back fire as a strategy. Not to mention the updated app doesn’t even accept the website log in credentials rendering it completely useless. I have deleted the app, and will not return as a customer.
