## What is intelliHoops?

intelliHoops is the app for basketball clubs and leagues that run their season on intelliHoops. Parents, players, coaches and officials: your club sends your invite. Sign in with the email address your club has on file. Run a club? Visit intellihoops.com.

One app, every role. Sign in once and intelliHoops opens the right view for you: family, player, coach, scorekeeper, referee or club admin. Wear more than one hat? Switch between them in a tap.

FOR FAMILIES
- Every child's games and practices across every team, in one schedule: week, list or calendar
- RSVP in one tap
- Game details: time, court, home or away, and the final score
- Pay registration and league fees with a card or Apple Pay, and see what's due and when
- Club announcements, team news and messages from coaches
- Follow a game live on your Lock Screen, with a widget for what's next

FOR PLAYERS
- Your teams, your schedule, your stats and your awards

FOR COACHES
- Rosters, attendance and RSVPs for every practice and game
- Message your team and its families, and post team announcements
- Player reviews and awards

FOR SCOREKEEPERS AND STAT TRACKERS
- Score a game from your phone, with a landscape stat pad for live stats
- Keeps working when the gym Wi-Fi doesn't, and syncs when you're back online

FOR REFEREES
- Your assignments and every change to a game you're working

FOR CLUB ADMINS
- Games, practices, registrations, billing, tournaments and members from your phone

Safe by design: players under 13 are added by a parent through the family account and never hold their own sign-in. Anyone can block another user or report a message or comment, and reports go straight to the club's administrators.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.25 — 2026-10-30

- Incident reports: coaches can file a report from any game or practice, and a player with a reported head injury sits out until the organization records a clearance.
- Player reviews: coaches write reviews right in the app, and families read them on their child's page.
- Calendar: your organization's events now appear on your schedule alongside games and practices.
- Training sessions: reserve a seat in your organization's training sessions, and pay by card when there's a fee.
- Team placement: tell your organization your child's team preferences during its placement window.
- RSVP follow-ups: when a player said yes but missed every game of a weekend or week, the family may get one friendly note afterward. Choose how you hear about it in Notification preferences.
- Mark complete: admins mark a league game or week complete once it's scored and attendance is taken.
- Inquiries: admins read and answer messages from their website's contact form, with optional AI help writing a reply.
- Gear handout: coaches and staff record uniforms handed out by team or player.
- A new look for the sign-in screen.
- Fixes, including push notifications that now register reliably when you reopen the app, and a clearer message when a card is declined in the shop.
