An sich für die watch eine coole App zur musiccast Steuerung.
Eine für mich wichtige Funktion ist leider (noch) nicht möglich: Die Auswahl von Quellen wie z. B. Deezer. Wenn das noch kommt ist die App absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

In order to use music sources like Deezer, please try to add them to Favorites first in the official Yamaha app. Then in the Intellimote app please use Force Touch gesture on the device’s details screen and select Presets. My intention was to control the HEOS favoritis with the Apple Watch. Since the app show the favorites and there is no trail for the watch functions it was a shot on the dark. So I paid the 7 Bucks just to see that you can only control play/pause and volume with the watch. 7 bucks just for that is absurd….

You can also use an inexpensive 1-Month subscription to unlock all features and test the app, or just ask us via our support page in case of any questions or doubts. Kind regards.

This app doesn’t work, at all. You can select devices from the app but it won’t control them. On the Apple Watch app it brings up that you must have a subscription. What a waste of time

Good work on this app but I totally do not agree with a subscription model. Everything seems to be going this way. I’d pay a few quid for this but that’s it.

You can't buy this app- only subscribe. This author wrote an awesome macos remote app for heos. I'm not a fan of subscription services.

My Sony Bravia is listed as compatible with the app and the app finds my TV. However, even after the upgrade, the app cannot list channels, favourites and cannot access recordings. Waste of money

**Developer response:** In order to use channel and favorite list you need to use one of the tuners built into your TV. Please note that you can tap the title on the top of the channel list screen to change the selected tuner.
Similarly your recorded content must be stored on hard drive connected to the TV and available after using “Title List” button on your TV's remote in order to manage it from Intellimote. 

Managing content recorded on and provided from any external TV box connected via HDMI is not supported.

I specifically bought the Pro version to control MusicCast with my Apple Watch. Unfortunately, the promised features aren't available. It doesn't even offer the same basic functionality as the non-Pro version, like mute/unmute and turn the device on/off. It's completely useless.

The volume control doesn’t work and you get no additional features so therefore I don’t recommend this app. Unsubscribing from the monthly fee but feel free to message me if you get it fixed cause it sounds like it would be good if it work properly

No free trial to see if watch functions for HEOS meet expectations. You have to pay just to find out that…they don’t. There’s no way to change Sirius stations. It can only play or stop the station you are on. Extremely limited functionality, wasted $1.99. This app appears to only be in the store to goad people into paying the developer at least once only to find out that the app doesn’t meet the mark.

I will say the app is very close to doing the simple task I want it to do. Very very close! I have a brand new yamaha a2a and want to control the volume of my receiver from my watch. The phone app works to increase the volume of my receiver almost all the way. The problem occurs when I use my watch. My series 7 apple watch only lets me turn the volume up to 55.5 on my receiver or level 50 in the phone app. This volume is so incredibly low that the app renders me useless.

Even though I thought I finally found an app I can control the volume on my tv, watch keeps disconnecting. It keeps telling me to open the app on my iphone to synchronise devices, but fails. Whole point was to speed up controlling the tv.

Won’t actually let me use the watch app witch was the whole reason I gave this a shot. Just keeps saying open app on iPhone to sync purchases. Avoid at all cost.

**Developer response:** Please contact support via our support page if you have encountered any issues. Unfortunately smart devices are buggy too but if they are not discoverable, replugging them to the power source usually solves the problem.

Of all my devices that show up only one works to change volume. 

Apple Watch app requires $2 monthly subscription. 

You should just add ads and remove the subscription.

Bought the app to use on my Watch. Shortly after, the developer updated the app to subscription-only and I lost all Watch functionality. Too late for a refund, but not too late to leave a review.

**Developer response:** Answering your edited review, Intellimote offers both subscription and one-time purchases for particular device groups to meet the needs of our users. If you have clean installation, for example on the new phone, please restore your purchases if you cannot use the functionality you have bought before, after that everything should work as usual. Nothing has changed for our initial users and none purchases were revoked.

Can’t subscribe or make an onetime purchase. The whole app is absolutely useless!!

This is just what I was looking for, a way to control my MusicCast system from my watch. Thanks you for making this. Can’t believe Yamaha wouldn’t bother to do it.
Any plans on adding more functions for linking speakers and/or choosing what to play?

This app is easy and does everything I needed! The only thing it’s missing is a way to turn on/off the tv from my apple watch. Hope this gets added!

Initially worked but buggy.  Apparently not updated so now it’s useless.

My mistake. I reviewed the Mac version which now has been updated and seems to be working. Haven’t tried the iOS app.

Es gelingt mir leider nicht, die Lautstärke über die Apple Watch zu regulieren. Kann beim Tippen auf das Symbol nur Lautsprecher ausschalten oder anschalten(Yamaha MusicCast)

Since the + and - signs are replaced by turning the wheel, the volume control does not react the way it should. You have to turn the wheel endlessly before the volume reacts. Waiting for the next upgrade to fix this issue 😉.
