Hey! First of all I love the app. The only issue is that I can’t reply to messages that are opened. Everything else about the app is wonderful! It’s definitely going to be our ticketing system for now in!

My business has received extremely responsive customer service from this company. As well as the best chat bot out of dozens we tested. The chatbot has been a great tool to instantly connect with wondering clients. The app immediately notifies me when someone is online speaking to my bot, and I can jump on and personally engage in the conversation. I got a new client last week at 10:30 at night via this. So thankful!
